Welcome to a trip down memory lane!
The
60's produced wonderful music for a variety of audiences; Rock n' Roll,
Rhythm & Blues (Soul Music), Country & Western, Blue Grass,
Folk, and Jazz.
Some
of the most beautiful slow dances, which arrived in the mid and late
50's, made the 60's a romantic era. Fabulous show groups worked 5 and 6
nights a week in city clubs and resorts across the country. American bandstand helped keep alive the music of
youth.
As
we reflect on our favorite sounds, groups, and experiences, as
musicians and as listeners, we are grateful for having lived in the
music era of the 1950's and 60's.
